Can i use the Usb to set up the machin ? Without Bluetooth

you can, Silhouette no longer provides the cord so you'd have to purchase it separately.

I have a question. What does it say on the AC power adapter 110-220volt or only 110

Input is 100-240V~50/60Hz 1.0A
Output is 24.0V=1.25A 30.0W
I hope that answers your question. I'm in the US purchasing from SilhouetteAmerica. I imagine when you order from the Silhouette Division for your country they would have it set up for your electric outlets.
