    I know soy is estrogenic (men can grow breasts if they consume too much soy milk) but red meat? Seriously?

      Red meat comes from cows who get soy in their food and that gets in the meat. As such, you get soy (estrogen boosteer) in your system.

      +Thanh Tâm Phan Thị It's looks like there are no subtitles for this video. But the basics of the message is this:
      1. Don't eat red meat or drink alcohol which can raise estrogen levels. You can substitute seltzer water and apple cider vinegar in place of wine.
      2. Add fruit to your diet to reset leptin (the hormone that helps you feel full).
      3. Give up caffeine to help cortisol levels.
      4. Eliminate grains ( breads, pastas etc.) to reset thyroid. (You can have spaghetti squash or shirataki noodles in place of pasta).
      5.Avoid sweets/sugar to control insulin levels ( your cravings for them will be gone in 4 Days).
      6. Avoid milk products to reset growth hormone. (You can eat hummus instead of cheese).
      7. Avoid environmental toxins found in plastics and certain cosmetics to balance testosterone.

      To sum it up: Cut out alcohol, dairy, bread, beef, pork, sugar and caffeine. Eat fish, vegetables, fruits, salads, nuts, drink water in glass bottles. Or filtered water at home.
