Props to you for doing your research and going with the iPad Air 4 over the iPad 10th gen! I’m currently using the iPad Air 5 256 GB Cellular version and it’s incredible. Great video!
I was intending to buy the IPad (10th gen) but pleasantly found that Best Buy this week has the IPad Air for $499 which is a huge $100 discount. So it was a no brainer to buy the Air.
I have that same iPad with 256Gb , and I don’t care what people say, I would still be grinding on it using heavy software, I am using it for photo and video editing, I got mine via Facebook, and the best part is that still has over half a year warranty, and the fact that only it costed me just $550, pretty good deal because I am from Mexico, and having these iDevices are considered a luxury due to taxes added to the original price, So that’s why I am proud for the deal I got, the iPad is really great, works really flawlessly, the battery last long enough and charges really fast! and I already bought a magnetic case, and a tempered glass with paper-like texture!
I’m planning to use it at least 3 years at university. I’m hesitating between an iPad 10 and the air 4 because here in Belgium the price is the same. I won’t use the camera and I’ve already a new MacBook Air ( the last one, sorry don’t now the name). Can anybody help me please? I wonder is the air 4 still has many years of updates. Hi there!. If you prefer the iPad 10 thats perfectly fine!. The only thing is make sure you are ok with (in case of getting the 10th gen) not having the apple pencil sticking to the side of the iPad. The other thing would be the non laminated display with the iPad 10… but honestly to notice that you have to try both devices side by side so its not a big deal. I had my previous ipad air 3 for 3 1/2 years... I traded it for the ipad air 5 . Personally I think Ipad are great for everything like school, video/photo editing, etc... My mom is an android user, and I convince her to get the ipad to which she now use almost everyday
I bought the ipad 10 generation last year. Great ipad I personally think its a better value purchase than the Ipad air 4. Front camera is superior to Ipad Air 4 in quality and position (Huge Plus). Has better battery life than Ipad AIr 4 (Plus). Cellular model has 5G vs 4G on Ipad Air 4 (Plus). Has USB 2.0 VS USB 3.0 Not a significant difference in transfer speed for the 64GB models, 256 GB models on the other hand will feel more noticeable. Note USB 2.0 standard is used for wireless mouse and keyboard which the usb C 2.0 port provides as a hidden bonus. Unlaminated VS laminated screen does not show a significant difference in quality of the display (laminated is better). Apple Pencil 2 vs Apple Pencil 1 is not required for the ipad to function (Apple Pencil 2 is superior when used). A14 bionic chipset on both basically a tie. Back camera has the same specs 12MP (basically a tie. Bluetooth 5.2 vs Bluetooth 5.0 Ipad 10 gen has a better version.
The IPad 10 is great too depending on personal preference in my opinion. I was about to purchase one of those but ended up not doing it because the non laminated display and the deal with the Apple pencil were more of a deal breaker for me personally. Congratulations on the new iPad tho and the colors are stunning!.
@slowsilentstories8013 You also forgot.. iPad Air 4 Has Much Better Louder Speakers iPad Air 4 has P3 wide color, while iPad 10 does only rely on sRGB.. But still good it has true tone. USB C vs lightning on Air 4 vs iPad 10 Magic Keyboard is only For Air and Pro.. iPad 10 needs a new cases since its bezel is thicker and bigger. And lastly Laminated display makes a device premium.. And iPad Air 4 is also more cheaper than iPad 10. Making it more worth

I agree, I prefer iPad 10th gen as well. The front facing camera alone made it worth it over a Air 4.
