Can I just say both Sparda twins would be a nightmare if put into DOOM as bosses. You have two (or even four) incredibly fast opponents and no fodder demons for armor, health, or especially ammo (or maybe they'd prioritizekilling the fodders so you can't get benefits). On top of Dante and Vergil having regeneration or just dodging, blocking, or parrying bullets, one single missed shot can easily mean defeat, even with the BFG. Unless the doppelgangers can be chainsawed, your aim had better be godly.
I'd personally say that regardless of the outcome it would be a VERY tight and close fight. On one hand, Slayer has an edge for a long term battle since the Sparda twins would get tired and exhausted overtime. They're still half-humans afterall. On the other hand, The Sparda twins (Specifically Vergil) could have the element of surprise by catching the Slayer off-guard and using the Yamato to damage his armor, considering that it's pretty much common DMC knowledge that this Katana cuts through anything. But that's just my theory of how this battle of the absolute powerhouses of gaming would clash in a battle that Devils may cry to,so lmk what yall think 😅

The one thing I think a lot of people don’t think about it how the doom slayer has been fighting for quite literally an uncountable amount of time. Hell is a 6th dimensional landscape and the slayer has been fighting for probably what could be converted to billions of years at least

Demons from DMC and Doom are completely different, DMC demons are more hard and tougher, more bone and “magic”. Doom demons are fleshy and very weak compared to DMC’s demons.
@@Vorrtexian Wrong. The reason DoomSlayer can kill deamons so easily is because he infuses the ammunition in his guns with Argent Energy. If he was using "normal" weapon, the deamons would just regenerate. The reason the ARC soldiers were able to "kill" deamons is because their weapons were using artificial man made argent energy. Samuel Hayden even says at the end of Doom 2016 he can complete his work because he took Doomslayers original Crucible.

Like some other characters, Doomslayer is not ment to be in VS battles. In every competition the Slayer has been nurfed in the same way. His power of will is over looked, the Doomslayer has power to match his will. In lore the Slayer is always victorious, he defeated Icon of Sin, a titan stated to be immeasurable in power, against Davoth, the fiercest warrior of hell. Just like Kratos has Hope, the Doomslayer has Will.

It does not say concept only it says and I quote “Hell is unlimited by the boundaries of time, space, and dimension.” And another scan talks about how the pathways of Darkness from Hell are “transcending time and space…” so you need to do some semantically reaching to imply cuz it says dimension it means all dimensions even infinite higher dimensions that don’t exist in DOOM and the very concepts of it.
if you are using PoC scalling, you should know that hell in DMC is actually 9th dimensional, far more than the 6th dimensional hell Slayer was dealing with before. Also, Praetor suit is said to be indestructible, however Yamato is said and even shown to cut through anything including space and time itself(Its shown when Vergil is resurrected in DMC5 and he cuts the space with yamato to teleport to the top of Qliphoth tree). That said, the matchup might be a lot more tight than it was stated in the video and in my opinion it could be a tie instead, either of sides could win.
9D souls and they PoC scan are not canon or valid at all, it has been double checked by many people by now btw The Yamato can’t cut through everything in fiction only what was shown in the verse, it can cut through all normal matter and energy ofc even souls, and most impressively it can cut through space and dimensions yet Doomslayer can survive this as Argent energy can destroy space and dimensional barriers and he can survive Voids which are pure nothingness that erases all space and time and matter and energy, he also survives Davoth who can make and create all of creation so the sword’s Haxs won’t cut and kill the Slayer.

However, i will say one thing, doomguy stands no chance if dante enters his pizza buff because he will stop at nothing for a slice of pepperoni, or of vergil sits on his plastic chair, which allows vergil to assert his dominance. First of all, it isn't a made up claim. The claim comes from the 1.0 version of POC. But even then it doesn't matter cause that feat is absolutely fodder in verse considering the fact the demon realm alone is already a infinitely layered hierarchy, with each dimension being higher than the last and viewing these lower dimensions as nothing more than paper. Hell in doomslayer is never said to transcend time and space. It's said to be about by it yes but not transcend. Also doomslayer didn't do that with "ease" he very obviously had some difficulty in order to actually kill the creator as nothing implies he killed him easily.

This entire comment section is filled with the biggest DMC fanboys I have ever seen, Dante and Vergil were never 9th dimensional, and that claim was long debunked and never officially proven to be apart of any canonical DMC game or Lore. On the other hand the doom slayer has countless feats and statements from the codex of the game and fighting the literal god of his verse to easily give him the win. You guys need to grow up and realize that Dante and Vergil are not as strong as yall think.
Honestly it goes both ways. Davoth had been stripped of his powers when he was sealed away, so even if he did all of that crap - by the time we fight him, he's a shell of his former self. Why else would he fight the Slayer that giant exosuit if he was on par with him? Plus, having Doomslayer be this completely unstoppable godknowswhat-versal threat is just boring. It's way more entertaining to imagine him as a superhuman but still mortal man who is too angry to die.
@@VeraVemaVena davoth still had his powers, they were inside the life sphere and he was resurrected with the life sphere, he was also probably the strongest he had been because not only did he have his godly power but also the power of all the universes hell had devoured since he'd been sealed away, and that mech suit was also just to give him an extra buff (also they had to rush the dlc, apparently he was also supposed to turn into a big dragon)

Yet my bet is next we will see the fully Transfigured Seraphim maybe using the Demonic Crucible as the Prophecy hints at to be the next major threat, that’s just my guess atm. The Sons of Sapada are usually either ignored or underestimated by most demons. The Doomslayer is feared by every living being in his universe. That has to count for something.

Dante is immune to existence erasure and the concept of life and death during DMC3 when he broke the cycle of Samsara. All his fodder enemies are 9th dimensional. He tanks Vergil’s Yamato. Dante can royal guard beings who are of a higher cosmology like Arkham and Urizen. He is above the concept of Pandora’s box, the Leviathan , all distances. That's just straight up cap. Sorry to say this, but Dante and Vergil would be a nightmare to the world of DOOM. Not only for the slayer but due to their scaling they'd be unstoppable. They defeat Gods like Mundus who with a single swing if his wings he created the entire Universe and a creature that is called "Nightmare" thats capable of destroying the entire endless of the underworld and whatever else exists within it or far below it. The Spardas, either if Vergil or Dante himself were by themselves they could easily beat down Doom Slayer, even if he had the Crucible, nor the BFG 9000. The Spardas could clearly read their opponents moves, faster than what their opponent would proceed to act. Their registration is above lightning speed, which means that even if they lost an arm, or either got shot in the head...they'd regenerate immediately. Not to forget to say, that their speed also scales above lighting speed and the universes itself. As for their weapons? They could adapt with new techniques and styles with any brand new weapon or ability which they would get their hands on
Whatever universe Dante and Vergil would end up in, they'd quickly manage to figure things out and adapt to the and all new circumstances and environment around them. They are both Devil Hunters and are also feared by hell, just as much as the doom slayer is back in the universe of DOOM. Must say as well, that The Yamato and Rebellion or Devil Sword Sparda weapons themselfs could be enough to penetrate Doom Slayers armor after at least, two...if not, one in total attacks. Reminder that the doom slayer was send by earth to Mars and began to turn into the Doom Slayer at his mid 40 years of age. While Dante and Vergil were trained by a young age from their father, Sparda himself and fought demons since their young childhood years.
In the end, the three of them are all Devil/Demon Hunters. The Doom Slayer would be casually eating pizza and eating ice cream alongside the Sparda twins while being stylish and taking down hordes of demons all together the three of them. I'd personally say that regardless of the outcome it would be a VERY tight and close fight.
On one hand, Slayer has an edge for a long term battle since the Sparda twins would get tired and exhausted overtime. They're still half-humans afterall.
On the other hand, The Sparda twins (Specifically Vergil) could have the element of surprise by catching the Slayer off-guard and using the Yamato to damage his armor, considering that it's pretty much common DMC knowledge that this Katana cuts through anything.
But that's just my theory of how this battle of the absolute powerhouses of gaming would clash in a battle that Devils may cry to,so lmk what yall think 😅

If he was using "normal" weapon, the deamons would just regenerate. The reason the ARC soldiers were able to "kill" deamons is because their weapons were using artificial man made argent energy. Samuel Hayden even says at the end of Doom 2016 he can complete his work because he took Doomslayers original Crucible.

if you are using PoC scalling, you should know that hell in DMC is actually 9th dimensional, far more than the 6th dimensional hell Slayer was dealing with before. Also, Praetor suit is said to be indestructible, however Yamato is said and even shown to cut through anything including space and time itself(Its shown when Vergil is resurrected in DMC5 and he cuts the space with yamato to teleport to the top of Qliphoth tree). That said, the matchup might be a lot more tight than it was stated in the video and in my opinion it could be a tie instead, either of sides could win.

Even if they did scale to 9th dimensional, that would not matter, since in doom, hell is stated to transcend space, time, and *dimension*. First of all, it isn't a made up claim. The claim comes from the 1.0 version of POC. But even then it doesn't matter cause that feat is absolutely fodder in verse considering the fact the demon realm alone is already a infinitely layered hierarchy, with each dimension being higher than the last and viewing these lower dimensions as nothing more than paper.
Hell in doomslayer is never said to transcend time and space. It's said to be about by it yes but not transcend. Also doomslayer didn't do that with "ease" he very obviously had some difficulty in order to actually kill the creator as nothing implies he killed him easily.

First off Hugo confirmed his can amp his weapons and he absorbed powers like quad damage to gain abilities like this, secondly demons in DOOM use argent energy which is higher dimensional energy with infinite power so they are not fodder, argent plasma weapons use this power, and even normal weapons were upgraded via help from a higher dimensional Angel and the AI mind of a God using said argent energy which has infinite heat yet they made metal contains able to hold this energy and not instantly melt from it so it isn’t like real life metal anymore tbh he literally uses his weapons on Higher dimensional angels and Gods.
Also his weapons do have Haxs like argent energy has soul Haxs and deconstruction and etc.

That's just straight up cap. Sorry to say this, but Dante and Vergil would be a nightmare to the world of DOOM. Not only for the slayer but due to their scaling they'd be unstoppable. They defeat Gods like Mundus who with a single swing if his wings he created the entire Universe and a creature that is called "Nightmare" thats capable of destroying the entire endless of the underworld and whatever else exists within it or far below it. The Spardas, either if Vergil or Dante himself were by themselves they could easily beat down Doom Slayer, even if he had the Crucible, nor the BFG 9000. The Spardas could clearly read their opponents moves, faster than what their opponent would proceed to act. Their registration is above lightning speed, which means that even if they lost an arm, or either got shot in the head...they'd regenerate immediately. Not to forget to say, that their speed also scales above lighting speed and the universes itself. As for their weapons? They could adapt with new techniques and styles with any brand new weapon or ability which they would get their hands on
Whatever universe Dante and Vergil would end up in, they'd quickly manage to figure things out and adapt to the and all new circumstances and environment around them. They are both Devil Hunters and are also feared by hell, just as much as the doom slayer is back in the universe of DOOM. Must say as well, that The Yamato and Rebellion or Devil Sword Sparda weapons themselfs could be enough to penetrate Doom Slayers armor after at least, two...if not, one in total attacks. Reminder that the doom slayer was send by earth to Mars and began to turn into the Doom Slayer at his mid 40 years of age. While Dante and Vergil were trained by a young age from their father, Sparda himself and fought demons since their young childhood years.

In the end, the three of them are all Devil/Demon Hunters. The Doom Slayer would be casually eating pizza and eating ice cream alongside the Sparda twins while being stylish and taking down hordes of demons all together the three of them. (If you add Nero in it too, then it would be the four of them) I love both DMC and the DOOM verse 👍

Look up Gewsbumpz Dude he’s a guy I used to work with in DOOM Scaling he’s very knowledgeable even if we don’t agree on everything we agree on most things, he goes in-depth in some videos on the scaling and Haxs, he even made blogs and a profile so check it out to learn more.
Dante is much stronger and faster than you even gave him credit for yet even then he would not win.
