Thanks dear, all I know is using kontomire but never knew I can use the taro leaves because they said it is itchy. I'm grateful 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏💯💯💯
Nice sauce 👍.I'm a Nigerian and I want to know if the leaves are cocoyam leaves, I mean just any cocoyam leaves or there's a specific one.
Hi I'm from South Africa, in my Indian culture we call yam leaves you cooking we call it madumber leaves. We wash cut and them then steam it and throw away the water before cooking it with other ingredients. We do that so we also find it giving us a itchy throat. But I love your videos, watch it when ever I get a chance. Good luck ❤
Oh my Sis
This looks so delicious
The plantain and avocados you cooked to complement that dish looks awesome
My mouth in St Lucia is watering
Enjoy
Good to know that there are "kookoo" leaves here. Thank you.👍🥰

I'm here oooo...my favourite with yam. You nailed it sissy.
Thank you sis!
First here today for this deliciousness 💃💃😋
Thank you ❤️❤️
Looks good. I have never used tomatoes and paste in my palm oil sauces.I will definitely try them Thanks.
Wow now I have an idea of what to do with the leaves in my country we call cocoyam arrowroots.. I have tried most of your recipes and this too is a must try but without melon seeds very hard to find my country... Much love from Kenya
There is a lady with a roadside stand at Adams Arcade in front of Naivas at the bus stop ukishuka 111.She sells melon seed, scotch bonnet pepper and palm oil.
This is my favourite ooo Sis, with hot fresh yam. I love the addition of mushrooms!
Thank you sis!
Your videos are very soothing 😌. In Haiti we call it “tayo” leaves and we only eat the roots so now I know that the leaves are edible as well. The food looks delicious now I want to try it🤗
The leaves are edible, but it is advisable to pick the new leaves. If the leaves are too matured, there are high chances your mouth will itch when you eat the stew.
"Matured" means yellowish. Always buy the green-looking kind like the one in the video.
Woow 🌹🌹🌹This is Yummy Mama..we don't eat the leaves, but this is really yummy. My love to you all 🍓🍓🍓🌺🌺💖💖
This is my first time here and I love everything. Yummy.😘
Thank you and a warm welcome to you❤️

In Ghana we call it Palava source in Nigeria they call it Egusi Soup okay
@@nanaboafowaahyeboah9150 Same dinner different names.I ❤🙂
@@nanaboafowaahyeboah9150 or Agushie stew definitely the same...I don’t know what this one is saying oo
I'm assuming you're Liberian or know of that kind of palava sauce, but this is what we Ghanaians call palava sauce.
@jenneh Smith just because you have different name for it in your country doesn't mean Ghanaians should also called it same
Hmmm yummy, share me a plate please and thanks 😋
