- After reporting the animosity exhibited toward Jesus by the chief priests and Pharisees, John’s Gospel records the curiosity of the Greeks, who, at the Passover, sought Him out to speak with Him. In this setting, Jesus spoke of how a grain of wheat must die to bear fruit. Explaining the pivotal moment marked by the arrival and interest of the gentiles, Alistair Begg reminds us that although the disciples wished Jesus not to die, His death is the key to life.

I remember the day of God's drawing me 52 years ago. I remember the burden of sin being lifted. I am reminded today that I still have that sin nature, but the burden is lifted from me because I am yoked to Him who died and rose again on my behalf. What a joy to be reminded yet again, dear pastor Begg.

Thank you, Pastor Begg. You open my eyes every day. Thank you Father for putting this good man into my daily learning of Your Word. Living as a Christian is not popular, but is worth every minute here on Earth. Jesus is my savior and my Lord, help me as I share Your teachings, daily, with others that don't know what it's like to be loved by You. The Joy in my heart is pure and comes from You alone.
One of my plea to God is to see this man face to face before leave this world heading to glory. Although am far away in the Kingdom of Eswatini, but I trust that God will grant my request, just 5 minutes with this servant of God,, I can be so Happy.
I apologize, but may I say, pray instead that both of you will be together in heaven, where you can see him for eternity, and both learn of Christ as siblings.
Better but this man was thankful to Alistair for speaking the Word of God to his heart.
Behold Believers feeling confident that it's ok to judge a brother that is the servant of another. I believe God said you cannot judge His servants. So a little gentleness and kindness and humility (all evidences of the Holy Spirit in our hearts) as you speak so rashly to someone who's story you do not know. SMH
