To get pedantic, I think it's a trombone and saxophone together - it's the last part of 'Bonanza Ska' by Carlos Malcolm from the mid sixties. He's famous for doing bedding/incidental 'tropical sounding' music for Bond movies. I'd heartily recommend the recent Trojan compilations it features on, they're all great if you like rocksteady/ska like this
