wonderful.. a waste not tip... wash the outer of the celeriac first and lightly scrub.. when you cut of the outer you can then make a stock with the peel and its heavenly and not wasting all the delicious flavour ;-) .. lovely vlog
Thank you for featuring a vegetable that may be less familiar to people. Celeriac (and kohlrabi) are two items I’ve gotten in my farm shares and I got to try something new to me. This soup looks spectacular. It just snowed here so soups are a welcome hug in a bowl right now.
I'm always inspired by your videos! Thank you for showing us your day today, including your adorable cat. Also love your cardigan. This video reminded me to include rice/grains more often with my veggie meals or soups.
Yaaayyy.. so glad to have a video off you today. I lost a very good friend today 😢 and seeing you made everything ok again, even just for 10 minutes, so thank you xxxx
Hey, I'm happy to see you cooking celeri root (in France we juste called it céleri). I like this vegetable and love eat it like potatoes in a "gratin dauphinois", or in soup mixed with an apple 😋
I really love your videos❤️ They are so calming to watch, so well done... and the food is so delicious. I have made a lot of your recipes. They never disapoint🤗 You make RUclips to a better place💯💫💥
Thank you lovely Randi for this encouraging message! So glad you enjoy and many thanks for making my recipes and skalv your thoughts - if warms my heart 🥰 Wishing you a lovely day! 🌿
Yessss comfort food is absolutely called for right now! Love Love Love brussel sprouts and the usage of them in stir fry is a win! Diggin the frames for sure❣
Always comfort food but especially now indeed 🥰 Happy we share a love of brussels and many thanks for the kind words about my new frames! Wishing you a lovely day 🤗
Thanks for the inspiration! I just had a great celeriac and parsnip blended soup in a restaurant in Bavaria, so going to try a version of yours with the addition of a few parsnips today. Your veggie pancakes will be a new menu item for me as well, and I do exactly the same thing with a stir fry-pack way too many veggies in the pan, but it still tastes great. My grandmother's family is from the Ulricehamn area, so we must be long-lost cousins! 😄 Tack and have a beautiful week in lovely Malmö!
Thanks for all your nice Recipes today I like your ideas the breakfast, celeriac soup looks yum and Yes mushrooms and bok choy any time, love brown rice and black rice and my Husband started with the quinoa. Great glasses nice week for you and Rob😊 "Bye"
Hi Malin, Iwill definitely try all these yummy recipes. I am going to add a little grated orange rind to the soup recipe, might be delish for a festive soup. Thank you for sharing your recipes. Thanks Gale x
This is so great. I think I have to make all of these recipes very soon, the soup just sounds too good! And to be honest I don't cook with celeriac too often - feel like I have to change that! Very seasonal dishes, thanks so much! :)
Oh I like the rice and quinoa combo. I go through phases of liking and disliking quinoa so at the moment I have all this extra quinoa 😅 maybe I’ll try cooking it like this! And I am 1000% a soup person so I’ll be on the lookout for celery root to try this. It looks yummy!
I think I'm also a bit on and off with quinoa but mainly because I sometimes forget about it's existence 😅 Hope you like the combo if you do try it, I always like to switch things up! And yes! Look out for the celery root and I hope you like it if you find it 🤗
You look great in the glasses, Malin! All of these dishes sound delicious. I think I can make the Korean pancakes today. I have everything except the potato flour. Do you think I can sub tapioca flour for it? Thank you for all the food inspo! Love your channel and love you!🥰
It's probably a good idea to rinse your grains before using, although, those look very clean...There could be insect eggs, or sometimes weevils and moths in grains and flours as well....Probably the best way to do that is to put the grains in a bowl, fill with water while moving the rice around to loosen up any stuff stuck to the grains, then drain, you can hold a fine-mesh sieve when you get close to the end of the water coming out, then i repeat like 9 more times...i always rinse a lot, although most people do it a max of around 3 times....i just know grains could have a lot of stuff in them, but yours do look pretty clean...After all, they don't rinse them before grinding into different flours....Rinsing them in a bowl, rather than a colander or sieve, probably loosens up more stuff....but you probably know this....If you ever find weevils, they look like dark brown or black whole flax seeds, i think...i would just get rid of the grains or flour and not use it at all, because they could be laying more eggs and definitely leaving waste products...Oh, and moths can sometimes be in grains, along with the larvae, in which case, i would also throw that out...🌸🐝🌼🐇🥬🦋🍅🥕
I understand why doctors often say that oil is the problem for vegans. You literally drink it. Can't you make a fresh vegetable salad and eat it without oil? Does everything need to be fried?
Hope you enjoy this what I eat in a day! 🌼

Thank you lovely Debra 🤗
Very inspiring

you could stir fry your veg in batches so you dont overcrowd
Yes, that would make a lot of sense 😅 Thank you for the tip! 🤗

Hi 😊 Thank you for your concern! I do always rinse my rice but not always quinoa. I just don't necessarily film that step. Many thanks either way 🤗
