And at best he wants to argue that something isn’t true, or is a mischaracterization, and then is exasperated that he’s not given a chance to “explain” something or “give the proper information.” He’s been told time and time again how the process goes, what’s a valid objection, he’s been given books and documentation… and then he still believes what’s happening to him is unfair, that nobody is cutting him a break. She does not need to be commended because she is just doing her job and doing it about as well as a good judge possibly can. She is a professional and she verbally spars with him in court, but he is not smart enough to rattle her, and at the end of the day, she knows she is going home to a great life. The moment she took off that robe at the end of the day, she probably didn't give Darrell Brooks a passing thought until the moment she put that robe back on the next day in court. A woman this brilliant just proves that our country produces the best and the brightest in all walks of life; unfortunately, Darrell Brooks proves that we also turn out the worst of the worst!

He is representing himself. He’s been removed to a separate courtroom so he can’t verbally disrupt the proceedings (the judge can mute him and unmute him) but in order to avoid an appeal possibly being successful for denial of due process, she is doing all she can to enable him to mount his own defense and participate in the process. If he had an attorney representing him, removing him from the process entirely would be much simpler.

Darrell claims he is being treated unfairly. When I hear this BS I think of the twelve yr old girl who woke up on the cold pavement & tried to get up. She failed because her thighbone was protruding from her leg.
Darrell's rules of fairness are similar to his right to Free Speech. His Constitutional Rights & Rules of "Fairness" are subject to change, according to his current situation. (I loved it when he told the Judge he "LET HER" make the record.)
NEVER, have I EVER witnessed a more depraved or despicable excuse for a human being.
He WILL be Psychoanalyzed!! Why not Tissue Tested, also??
Why should the good people of Wisconsin, provide Darrell's security, personal hygiene, three meals a day, utilities, Cable TV & better Healthcare than most Americans?? He cannot be redeemed.
Darrell should be "Harvested" for Organ Transplants for people who deserve to live.
Darrell would have the opportunity to say Good Bye to his Loved ones. He didn't allow his victims that luxury!!
Tho' his crimes were horrific, it was his behavior in Court that showed the world how dangerous he truly is!!
Why Harbor this Parasitic Bacteria?? For his Momma?? She should be tried as an Accomplice!!

It’s all a delay and disruption tactic because he’s the real victim here.
