Wonderful lather although I would have preferred it a bit wetter but everyone has their own preferences, there is no right or wrong lather as long it works for the shaver. Never been to South America. Totally with you on Yaqi brushes, great value for quality brushes, Yaqi was the first synthetic brush I tied back in 2020 and I still have that brush. Never tried a R41 always considered it too aggressive and too blade feelly for my preferences, Great shave mowing down a month's growth and yes "it's a good shave when there's no cut/blood".
