- MY 1995 BMW 525I WAS STARTING TO STALL OUT WHILE ACCELERATING AND WAS TAKING TOO LONG TO SHIFT, I THOUGHT IT WAS MY AIR SENSOR AIR FLOW REGULATOR BUT TURNED OUT TO BE A CRACKED AIR INTAKE HOSE CONNECTED TO THE AIR FLOW SENSOR REGULATOR, SAVED MY SELF OVER 700$ FROM THE BMW REPAIR SPECIALIST, FROM DIAGNOSTIC FEE'S PART'S AND LABOR.
Not just one-trick pony. You, sir, are a man of many talents.

Was the red flag hissing noise also gone?
Once I realized the hose had a non noticeable split replacing the hose did the truck.
@@Ford360CID engine ran pretty steady for such a leak haha
@DIRTYvinnieXD as soon as you accelerate to 65 the high gear would finally kick in, while idling there was not enough vacuum loss to make radical deviations to engine RPMs.

my car had the same problem because i was using 50/50 the water evaporates and the other 50% of the coolant remains in the engine.
i have the m30b35, my problem is that it doesn't show the problem. only vibrates a little when accelerating and loss of power
possibly your vanos system which is a valve timing device or o2 sensor, is your car showing the engine light?

@@Ford360CID the lowest is 95 here i run 98 octane it is strange
i have a 2004 525i and i hear a same sort of sound and high idel when i turn on my car. I also here a pop kind of sound after i turn off my car any thoughts on what this is
is your engine light on? you sound like a small exaust leak which aid the vacuum to operate your vanos system which is the timing of the valves.
