Whilst I grow by adapting & implementing suggestions given to me, not all agents are open to the above suggestions, they think it’s “too fake”, or too much of an effort to do. I’m already glad they’re somewhat dressed up at times! That’s some of the upsides / downsides of not working with the same agent or presenter all the time who could hone their skill🤔

Whoever built this house grew up poor you can tell in the excessive (for me/my opinion) art decore (which is amazing by the way, That Porsche exhaust backbox innthe man cave is flippen brilliant😢😢) i can feel what he went through in life, he/she wanted rewrite their story with this house, show everyone that its a new life for them, a new beginning...... It's a beautiful home none the less. I take my hat off to him/her.... I've jotted down a few ideas as well.
