Such a beautiful and big house with so many bedrooms but with just one living area and a dining. Where are people supposed to hang out as a family. No pyjama lounge upstairs and no formal lounge downstairs. How does a family enjoy this house. In the many bedrooms? There’s a design flaw for a family home. It would work better as a guesthouse. I personally wouldn’t pay R14 million for one TV lounge.
