Sure thing. In this case, my camera was literally on the edge of the curb. Ditto my drone shots I took. If I wanted the street into my shot, I’d have to start my drone from the neighbor’s house across the road 🤔 This property, as most in Waterfall Country Estate, don’t have an entrance gate coming into the driveway. You just drive in from the street side!

Another great tout, thanks Xavier. This was almost a perfect home. I am not sure why they had all these many transitions/step from one part of the house to another. Pretty impractical when you have to live there with children, pets, pensioners or disabled.

I started admiring SAs real estate market during covid. It has been amazing to witness how interest from U.S. buyers is now pushing their numbers way up. I sometimes wonder do they really believe anyone will pay ONE MILLION U.S. for these properties. And when we look at their inventory each and every "so called" million dollar property still sits unpurchased. We're watching, let's see is these properties really fetch these types of offers, because here in America, we have a saying "it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it"
