There's many similarly priced properties there. Copperleaf isn't a particularly "expensive" Golf Estate. It has great value for money all round, but there's far more expensive estates out there.

Shout out to Copperleaf/Baroque and Luxury Homes JHB for this particular price range home. Something that we don't get to see more in terms of the market segment in this economic climate. Hoping we get to see more please I love that the main bedroom is completely separate to the other two bedrooms upstairs, in this category home. This is a buy Mr.X

Tired of these golf course homes. I have lived in 2 of them before and it sucks. The balls hit your homes/roof and walls and cause damage. We would be sleeping at 6am and a ball would just hit our home hard and wake us all up. Even worse, you would hear the golfers talking laughing and stuff when you're sleeping or with your family in the pool. We had like 8-10 repairs in just 1yr due to the damage caused.
