Huge fan of open plan, bulkheads ceilings the floating staircase is beautiful, frosting on the windows well thoughtout for privacy. seems like the owner is a car collector. I'm loving the architectural space right now this companies are really stepping up in terms of designs. Do you think you gonna do more tours here Xavier? As always thanks for the tour 👌

(2) Building cost for 750 sqm house of this caliber? Per your R6mil suggestion, that's R8,000/sqm? Afraid that's unrealistic.
