Yea, Minnie hasn't debut as a soloist which I'm lowkey suprised. She's done solo ventures as the collab artist but nothing officially solo which I'll be interested to see. Idk if Shuhua would want to go solo though
I'm just so happy that all 3 of them are thriving. And also funny Story: i was uploading a video about my favorite girl Crush songs, and in one of the segments i put in captions: Someone give Soojin a solo, please? And then like 3 days Later it was announced her solo debut. Manifesting does work
If even this actress said that she is not sure, this is a strong indicator that Soojin is innocent. That being said, Soojin herself has said that while she is not guilty, if the alleged victim felt bullied, then she apologizes for it. You can't really prove innocence in such cases. That's why the principle (ALSO IN KPOP!) is that you ARE innocent until proven guilty. That's why I wish everyone who talks about her "scandal" would talk from alleged bullying and not from actual bullying. However: Chuu >>>>>>>>>>>>> Soojin >>> Jini, but I love all three releases.
That is the legal principle, but kpop culture and how they see things like this is the complete opposite. Things are starting to change because of the initial AOA JImin and Mina situation but it's not like everyone thinks innocent until proven guilty. I think the whole G-dragon things proves that once again people continue to blindly follow any narratives.
@@cloudchungxiao Sorry but Jimin still did all the things she was accused for hence why she apologized and couldn't sue Mina for defamations. The main reason why people switched up on Mina is because she doesn't fit the standard of a perfect victim, Mina herself definitely has problems as well but it's quite obvious that she's mentally unwell.
Honestly I still think the Jini situation is so strange. She went and promoted in the US, and then after her debut, has been relatively quiet if you don't follow her. But the weirdest thing was her departure timing. Not only was it so soon after debut with a successful company and successful group, it was also during award show seasons. And then on top of that (!!! theres more!!!) it was also not super long before their upcoming comeback, with from the choreo and MV and photobook, is evident that it was largely planned with Jinni to be there. Her reactions the day before her departure are heartbreaking. Even while accepting a reward, she didn't look happy, but rather close to tears, which makes the whole situation, including the lack of reason for departure (which I honestly doubt we will ever get) so much stranger. It makes me sad, because she was sad, then her group was sad, and I can't imagine the stress of having to reorganize award show performances and a comeback so soon.
Yea, her debut rollout was kinda strange. Didn't really see her do much domestically. Hoping they start to promote her more though. Of the three, Chuu is well loved domestically and should have no problem. Soojin is coming back soon so we'll kinda see what happens with this comeback and her appearances domestically. But Jini is just a whole question mark.
Yea I provided a more clearer timeline about Soojin in my breakdown of her bullying scandal but within this I mention when she left the group and company. As for the group withdrawal, I did say Aug 2021.
I feel like my disappointment with Soojin's debut had less to do with the music and more to do with how little of Soojin it felt like we were seeing. When performing with Gi-dle, Soojin embodied every song they performed and truly seemed to be putting her heart and soul into her performances with the other members. Agassy felt more .. muted ? I don't know - what we know about Soojin (mostly from the members of Gi-dle) is that she incredibly shy, sweet, and sensitive in real life. On stage, she is a bold powerhouse that you can't look away from. It makes sense to me that there would be a lot of anxiety and also a desire to play things safe both with music and performances when redebuting after a scandal. What Soojin went through also has to have left some emotional scars on her that would be difficult to get past. All-in-all, I hope that with more time, Soojin is able to show us more of herself through her music, performances, and promotions. There is something so special about her, and I so badly want things to work out for her in the end.
Yea, Agassy as an era fell slightly flat just because her promotions got cut short so we couldn't feel the full impact of like a Phoenix rise from the ashes. However, it does seem like with her release of Mona Lisa that she's getting a bit more promotions, the reception is pretty chill and I think she'll get more comfortable with more time. But yea, also hopefully not with songs like Mona Lisa because that song kinda wasn't it for Soojin
Yea, I mean there defs is other factors to it but an underlying thing could just be that not everyone can be a soloist. Even if you're relatively popular within a group; this may not equate to solo success.
In my opinion Soojin had the best Solo debut!!! With Chuu in second place
I would say
1.chuu
2.soojin,jini
My ranking would be
1. Jini
2. Chuu
3. Soojin
@bitchisbeech Great!
Nice, when you say debut, are you talking just the title track? the album? or everything about the debut era?
@@cloudchungxiao I’m taking about the whole debut as In album and everything!!
Imagine all three on a stage for an awards show❤
DREAM 😭❤
That would be wild
I just realized only Minnie and Shuhua haven't debut as soloists. Looking forward for Minnie's debut.

@@cloudchungxiao Shuhua's solo is unlikely to happen, we know why.

Bruhhh, the absolute manifestation though. But yea, their debut has done well and now it's all kinda maintaining that popularity and success
@@cloudchungxiao we Stan manifesting

3:31 Hush Rush by Lee Chaeyeon, not Vampire ❤
Hahaha, i remembered the vampire concept and said "vampire" with my whole chest. Thanks for the clarification. I've made a note in the description
Soojin hiatus started February/March 2021 then official withdrawal from group was August 2021 not 2022.

The crazy thing is how they were insanely popular in their group but isn't soli
