Is the discover Puerto plata a walking excursion. Thinking about booking this one but wasn't sure. My toddler is with us and need to know how to prepare.
So the Royal Caribbean cruise port is downtown.. I don’t see an offered walking tour… in theory… one could walk off the ship into town. I need to add though.. be cautious when doing so. Check the state department for guidance on safety guidelines.
