Indian government have to fix the national minimum wage. those wages should be paid in by hourly basis . those pays should be paid through bank account . if any one has been paid more than 10000 INR. for each and every paise earning more than 10000 inr they have to pay tax of 20 percent . under 10000 should be tax free. And job should be permanent contracted if any employer pays the wage in hand those company should be penalized . or should be sealed for 3 months. but they should not stop the employers wages there should be maternity and paternity pay should be fixed by the government. employers have to follow. those taxes earned by the government should be used for job seekers pay, free medical, below average family maintenance. the government have to stop the free stuff providing to the people if above wants to be made .. the people have to wake up .. indian media only saying that india is growing but outside india ( all over the world ) laughing at india .. india is getting sick coz of politician.
