South Africa may be blessed with significant depth of talent, but that talent has always been there. By far the most impressive performance is Rassie Erasmus. He is already the most impressive coach (arguably the toughest role) the sport has ever seen in my opinion. It’s the speed at which he transformed a demoralised Springbok team and the consistency of the team ever since. He is constantly managing people’s emotions and he can’t play on the field himself. It’s his humility and strategic planning that is simply next level. Most people are saying, what a team but the reality is, what a coach!
@@theoduchen4536 Apparently I read about Rassie was the same way as a young player. He always told his coach how to play the game with lots of ideas to win. He has a gift🙏
Thank you to Rassie, the coaches, staff and all the amazing players, you are revolutionising rugby in South Africa, turning it into a truly national sport accepted by all, loved by all, supported in South Africa irrespective of colour, race or creed! You have removed the apartheid stigma and showed the world we are truly one nation! We are a diverse nation but as a country we have come to embrace each other in our diversity for in spirit we are all creatures of the one true God!
Manie’s kicking will improve.. People have forgotten that Percy Montgomery, years ago also had a bad patch. But he worked on it and did have help from the legend Naas Botha. So I do believe Manie’s talent cannot be overlooked and we just have to be supportive and keep knocking him down 💫 That goes with anything in life actually. If someone or even a band that is lacking confidence and playing poorly… the louder you cheer for them and clap 👏🏽 the better they perform. It’s simple

Great points scored when he took over from Manie who was absolutely sublime in the first half. These are world champions. Well done Rassie and well done team every member than played in this game .

As we’ve said so often; (not Brendan’s fault) crazy poor by Rugby RSA to repeatedly subject the viewers to SUB-PAR SOUND (barely audible, full of noise) & CAMERAWORK (fuzzy); so unprofessional & frustrating. Sorry, I didn’t moan last week when we lost to Argentina after leaking tries when we were down to 14 men. In fact I didn’t see many complaining about that, fans largely put the blame on the Boks and sadly Manie (who I’m thrilled for that he had a great game). So I think we’ll just enjoy our win. I’m guessing you’re from NZ and it seems you specialise in blaming everyone but yourselves for getting yellow cards. But wherever you’re from, rest assured no one is losing any sleep over it and we’re all thoroughly enjoying the win. Boks were in control before the first yellow card. Argentina only have themselves to blame. 48-7. Boks thoroughly deserved to win.
