been a scrum master for 4 years, this is great stuff, exactly what works in workshops ;) thanks for presenting it in such a concise, nice & digestable form, as less boring, unproductive meetings = better world :)
@@AJSmart of course, especially when we need an agenda and it must be done at the end of meeting. As we watched it's for best to know final steps of the meeting or any conversation, like a real WORKSHOP 😉
Meetings are actually a huge investment of time for each person present. So you better hope you make it worth it. (and everyone present actually needs to be there)

AJ&Smart doesn’t have any coders and yet do UX & product design work for some of the biggest companies in the world. But if you’re interested in coding, you should explore it as it can be a great differentiator if it’s something you enjoy doing. There’s no harm in trying. But if you try and find that it’s not for you, then don’t feel pressure to do it and focus on growing in other complementary design skills. Cheers

Sir which is the best course to get into UI UX design as I am done with my bachelor's degree in marketing and wishing to get into UI UX design.
