hi! It would be great if you could clear the thing with the number of voting dots. Sometimes are 3, sometimes are 8...On the workshopper book are 8, in some videos are 3.... it's quite confusing. thanks!
Usually, participants write down HMWs, but the facilitator should clearly explain how to do this with some examples :) However, there are times when the facilitator can do this for the group and ask if they agree with each one. This way, you help the team move forward and make them feel they did it because they "signed off" them. I hope that helps :)

What happeneds to the other voted blue sticky notes? does one also turn it into a challenge or only the most voted one?
What tool do you use to do the anonymous post-it’s does miro have that capability
In practice, has it still been effective to follow this up with an effort / impact scale activity?
Please bring something on white boarding
What happens after? once you've come up with the statements?
Hey Alessandra! You proceed to the Create phase of the workshop. The goal of this phase is to generate lots of solutions to the prioritized problem.
Great content as always!!!
Question: Is the facilitator the one responsible to come up with the HMW or is it the participants?

What happens to the yellow post-its? Are they only for breaking the ice and having some positive vibes?
Yes you got it!
