So has anyone reviewed the other cases the pathologist testified on? If he wasn't qualified then those cases should all be looked at carefully or even thrown out.

We have asked the Attorney General to conduct an inquiry into this and other cases but she has recently stated (Dec 2018) that she will not do so.

Bob Moles thank you for the update, but that is truly horrific! Why aren’t people fighting this...?? Australians should be protesting outside her door, and >EVERYONE< else’s involved, every single day till they fix this!

This is absolutely heart breaking! That doctor needs to be locked up for 20 years for wrongful evidence!
Henry, wishing you every happiness for your future and I pray you live a long blessed life with your family, you are absolutely right about forgiving that doctor, so he can no longer take up anymore of your life than he has already taken🦋❤️🌈

Eventually, those who are responsible for sending innocent people to prison, will be under the legal threat of going to prison themselves, for the same period of time. Then they would put a lot more effort into getting it right the first time.

$1,000,000 a year should be the dollar amount.

This man is one amazing human being. I'd like to know him. He suffered an ultimate injustice and still remained graceful.
    A jewel in the dirt.

I hope the Australian Government paid him some restitution! He is depressed. I could not imagine being in jail 20 years in jail for something I didn’t do. They better pay up imo. This man has suffered enough...Prayers for Henry and his family....🙏🏼🍀💰

My heart breaks for this man!! He is a broken man cause of this huge miscarriage of justice. The M.E. that did this to him should have to sit for 20 yrs in prison for this case & all the others he lied on. It just makes u sick what that POS did to this sincere man. It's disgusting

Thanks for the upload! I certainly hope Henry's "Healing" involves a shitload of money from the Australian Government, not that it gives him those years back, but hopefully he gets the acquittal and enough money that he never has to worry again.

Imagine going to jail at 40yrs old, until you are 60yrs old? For something that you hadn't done? In fact for something that hadn't even happened?
These stories, and there are plenty of them, all over the world? Scare me too death? This! And similar things, similar stories? Happen! They happen all to often in my opinion?
The innocent people who have to pay the price for the crime committed by someone else, pay the heaviest price possible? It's unimaginable, quite honestly? Just to get a conviction, the local police
    Will do and say anything?
    Be careful people?

Reminds me of the case of Shreveport, Louisiana resident Glenn Ford. Ford was falsely accused of killing a local Jewish businessman in the 80's. Ford spent over 3 decades on death row of the notorious Angola Prison Farm. The State 'reimbursed' him for the wrongful incarceration with a $15 fast-food gift card . Glenn Ford would die within 1 year of his release.

I think he did it, all to convient, go out for meal have few drinks one too many, argument she calls off the wedding hes pissed off as left his wife and kids for fiancee and drowns her, claims insurance, hes just very very lucky the dr was corrupt and had verdict over turned, if they gave answer why she DIED then maybe i would think different, but young women dont just droown in the bath at night after meal and drinks while partner conviently out the house for hour ! doesnt happen

wonder why no mention of Keoghs mom as a witness or why the court or lawyers didn't ask for a toxicology test. the court system failed but this guy seems a little shady to me.
