Omg I just had a good idea of a glitch character race wise,Tiefling, half-elf, and a half orc to all with same mom but different dad's. Showing how different life can be depending on who your parents lineages.

Imma be honest with y’all, there are no new player races in this book. In a PLANESCAPE BOOK! I’m not buying it. I feel personally insulted.
42 races not enough?
The reason why there is no new 'race' is because its designed to work with OneDND which changed race to be species(or 5e race) + background + feat + flavour. This book includes new Planescape specific Backgrounds and Feats which allows you to give any published DND species/race a Planescape twist. Not to mention this book introduces the Glitch character which is a entirely new way to create characters - which is way cooler then simply providing a new race option.
I remember playing plane scape back in high-school all the faction and npc have no clue on how the multiverse worked.
Now a days plane scape is in my campaign worlds history, they cut off sigil for all eternity
