Affluent is right. The median home price is over $3 million.
But the miles hiking trails, Will Rogers State Historic Park, the world class Getty Villa, and the beaches are all available to anyone. And, aside for parking, are free.

@ 0.29, the woman in the background is either unaware or rude. She walks from the left side of the cross walk to the right and into the street straight towards the camera. It is distracting and will ruin the shot. The camera person was aware of this and panned left to get her out of the shot.
