I don't usually like architectural rectangular homes, but this one was absolutely stunning. And even though it is way over-priced, with the spectacular views and open layout I can definitely see myself living there.
I think it holds the value it has because of the place the property is situated.

I recently bought a 14.5 million U$ HOME in QUEBEC CANADA,especially love the Haze theme colours..
Beautiful, but they're trying to sell this house at a 25 million dollar higher price than it sold 6 years ago at 32.5 million. The owners have lost their minds, and this house will sit for 6 months to a year at least until they drop the price 20 million dollars.
and even the 32 was too high. And never mind the interest rates and economic outlook
@@DanFrederiksen Well, it was new and 13,000+ square feet with every amenity imagineable. The furniture and the kitchen need to be redone. The staging is pretty poor and the cabinet choice doesn't really fit a modern hom. Still, 57 million is ridiculous. The Wallace Ridge property that Enes tour was 65 million dollars has been on the market for a while, even after a 10 million dollar price drop? These owners incur massive costs when they overprice these homes to such a degree.

Just like the ONE, at times I wonder where they get their figures from? Someone just wants to make a huge profit. $57m it will not sell and when you start renting out a new fresh house most people will not buy
All these properties get listed for a few times the actual value. Look at google maps, this house is smaller than many in the area. NO WAY will it go for even half the asking.. its just another new spec built box. The build quality on some of the spec homes is less than great.

Cookie cutter construction, all massive concrete and stone slabs and glass curtain walls. When the Big One hits Southern California again, chalk this home off as rubble. No building is really earth-quake proof.
