- A video of how I did the oil channals in my engine. Not saying this is a guide of how you should do it, Im saying this is how i did it. Still working fine after 2500km´s. Visit melmaq.inc.se or lynxtalk.se for more tech tips and info.
Is this a common upgrade to any ptech. Is this considered cross drilling the crank?
Is your plan to continue use of the Isoflex grease. On both bearing assemblies?
Hey Matt
Let's just say that it isn't uncommon to do it.
I didn't continue to relay on isoflex grease since I drilled out both sides PTO and MAG.
The drainage/catchtunnel should have been lover down on the flat rather then up in the wall/slope. But it worked good.
Crossdrilling the crank?, that's a new term in my book
Take care man!

Awesome. I've done the mag side as similar but I went more on flat. I'm going to use the existing hole on the pto side. By connecting a piece of oil line from the windage tray. Skidoo has us cap those 2 fittings off. Lets hope she stays together.
Good video man. Happy Brrrraaaappping
Do you have to turn up your oil pump? Thinking about doing this on my 600ho
I guess you should, I ran the 827cc and the 860cc engines with 2% premix and w/o the oilpump. Head on over to dootalk and have a look there for additional advice!
Thanks!
