I bought these as well, using your code.
I really like the knives, strong and stay sharp, I did also purchase the sharpener as well.
The one thing: they charged my credit card, but took 5 weeks to be delivered. When I reached out to them, they told me they were out of stock. I recommended to them, mark them out of stock, or at least let people know where they are and an approximate time frame for delivery at the time of order. Don't wait until they question the time frame.
That being said, we got them 5 weeks later, I love the product and am very glad you recommended it.
Edit: they added a set of really nice chopsticks as a compromise 😊

Yes, they should at least let people know ahead of time, same happened to me when I ordered the set of pairing knives, but after a couple of weeks of them not being shipped, they did email me and let me know that they were on back order. The good thing about them being on back order is I know they are a popular brand so though I would have loved to have them sooner, the thought that others really are happy with them makes me feel more secure about my purchase

I bought 3 coolina knives a couple years ago that work great for me, but I would have considered these knives if I had not already bought mine. I have never had really good knives until I bought them and am really happy with them. Many Blessings!

Remember rosewood-handled knives? The resin in the wood, heated by the hand of the butcher, provided good grip even when the handle was greasy. My grandfather was a NYC butcher from the old country.

Heidi, one reason I always listen to your post is: you are the channel that has kept true to your beginning being you are first respectful of your listeners and do not have ads during your presentation.
Of course, you always have good information too.

Now I have to search your channel to see if you have a video on how to sharpen high quality knives, I just have a sharpener that you pull the knife through two slots. My sister has a small catering company, no way I can afford a set, but I think a carefully chosen knife would make a great gift for her...especially if I can catch a 20% off time to order!

Now that you have these beautiful , sharp knives, maybe you or Patrick can give us a demonstration on how to sharpen & keep them sharp!
Ive tried so many times to keep my knives sharp but fail miserably.
I have purchased several gadgets to sharpen them from electric sanding sharpener to hand held.
    Please, please help!
Also how to sharpen kitchen scissors would also be helpful.
    Thank you

I've been needing a good set for 40 yrs now. I saw another homestead channel recently raving about these so with your recomendation too, I'm bitting the bullet. Just ordered the set with the sharpener and got $49 off with your code! That's pretty much a free sharpener.
Getting the butcher block too bc I've never had one. Never had a good knife set to put in one except for some Cutco steak knives. I'm feeling spoiled. 😅
Thank you very much Heidi! ❤

I just saw a video where they harvest nettle, but they used the stems, which they CUT aprox in 1 inch cuts, and pan fried. I didn't know I could eat the NETTLE stems. Any suggestions.
    The knife set looks sharp.
