Cernovich says "time has accelerated" but then says "a second feels like a minute" and "a day feels like a month". Isn't that slowing down time....not accelerating it?
He kept saying "time is delated." I don't think he knows what delated means, it means to denounce something or report on a crime.

I'm glad someone else picked up on the mispronunciation of "dilated". For a half a second there, I thought perhaps American English speakers said it differently. Half a second later, I reminded myself of the person who said it.
"Delate" is similar to "relate" in its use, and it would make no sense if Cernovich claimed he had meant to use that word. He didn't. He merely mispronounced "dilate".
arthurneddysmith Not only that, but when talking about time dilation, you don't use it in the past tense. It's not like time got dilated like when ones eyes get dilated. It's just time dilation.

Terrance McKenna when he was alive described how the universe is approaching some sort of singularity/point of importance. Which I found very fascinating. He also stated that it may actually pass humans by somewhat unknown because we are all idiots. Also, the time "speeding up" idea is nothing new, its called ageing. Where as each day passes, we relatively speaking are familiar with more days, therefor each full day is less significant portion of our lives and passes faster and faster. But my man Terrance had the excuse of eating pounds of trippy mushrooms, LSD, the Wasca roots and stuff, so what is these 2 excuse ?

I just want to point out that Alex Jones stole the term "quickening" from The Highlander series; in The Highlander, it's said that "in the end, there can only be one" and (suddenly out of nowhere) there's an Alex Jones look-a-like and Alex is talking about the time of quickening. Coincidence? I think not.
Clearly Alex is grooming his young look-a-like for a highlander-esque battle to establish the one true alpha male.

Cernovich's "time dilation" is what happens when simple minds have access to too much information.
"Time DELATION" means literally nothing, it does not make sense.
Time DILATION however is a concept which has to do with the passage of time of objects that has a very high velocity (usually approaching the speed of light). But interestingly enough is still something which still has to be taken into account when programming chronometers for satellites, because of the fact that they are traveling at a high speed around the earth over an extended period of time, which would make a normal clock on board still move a few seconds slower compared to a chronometer or earth over 15-20 years.
In any case, what Mikey boy said makes no sense, regardless if he used the correct word or not.

Its different from the original idea of a singularity and a black hole

When the bobble head guy, with Alex Jones, started talking i thought, this thing just turned into a cartoon. What a very strange person all around. I honestly didn't listen to what he said because I was lost in how he was saying it. I had to play it again. To say there's something off about him is truly an understatement. Wow.
