I appreciate your explanation of this process.. I adjusted the clutch on my 2011 Pete 386/18 speed yesterday and got the clutch brake working well and had just a touch over .5" spacing but yet I had 2.25" of pedal travel. I was a bit worried since "everybody" says "no more than 2" free play".. After considering what it would take to adjust the linkage on my truck, I said screw that and left it alone.. I'm glad I did. Everything is working fine so I'm not worried about another .25" of free play.. Thanks again. Your videos are very helpful!!

Nice job. I understood everything you said. The video was fine, it showed what it needed too. You have a way of explaing things that's easy to absorb. The best was your explanation of the 2"-3" of free play not really meaning that much but rather the 1/2" of clearence between throughout bearing and clutch brake means a lot. Thank you!
