And yes they have a good healing factor but it’s usually at minimal during a fight when they’re still getting the shyt beat out of them. With serious injuries, they usually have to rest and consume energy. Besides, we just don’t know what’s battle beast healing factor. Even if it’s not as good as the Viltrymites, he has to have some sort of a good healing factor otherwise he won’t be able to keep up in serious fights.

Couple that with his ability to get that Dragonball z type zenkai boost, and I’d say Allen is one of the top strongest, if not the strongest, in the entire series.
That’s not disrespect it’s actually the opposite, he respects battle beast so much that he’s wearing his fur as remembrance of the toughest most honorable battle he’s had.
