Your cape was beautifully made. I guessed it's less sweet than fondant. Can it be used like fondant? I do not like fondant cake because I find that is too sweet. However, I like the use & the look of it. I try to use snow skin (glutinous rice wrap) as a substitute for fondant, but this wrap is very soft & sticky to work with. Will your cape work like fondant? Will it turn hard very easily? Can it be a substitute of fondant? Thank you for sharing!
