When I was watching this video, it came to my mind the concept of "business as usual" as opposed to project. Personally, I believe everything can be a project if correctly defined (and then the approach will be adapted / tailored to the size of it), but I would love to hear your ideas on this topic! Thank you!

Business as usual is usually more related to routine. However, with the increase of project based work, many times projects become the business usual modus operandi of companies.
