      Thank you Ricardo for this.. my question to you now is what courses should I go for to stay relevant with AI taking over?

      I believe you should study potential applications of AI and learn more what AI can do and the trends. We are planning to do a master class exactly to help people improve their understanding of AI. It will happen this June. Stay tuned.

    Thank you very much for sharing the opportunities for growth for a PM and contribution to the value of any project that AI can bring. I really liked your concept of 'unlimited' templates and VA who is available 24/7 without any bias. When a PM is free of reporting work, he or she can really bring the project to a new level - when success is not only for 35% of the projects and where team is motivated for a disruptive change.

    @rvvargas I would like to express my deep gratitude for helping us become project managers who go beyond data analysis, task automation, and other activities that AI performs. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and inspiration with us and motivating us to be ever better as "connectors of ideas to reality."

    I started using A.I in my project, as an experiment and I agree with using A.I to drive project success.

    I've asked IA to write a short summary and top learning points for this video, inserting the transcript. BOOM! got everything I wanted in 2minutes. Thanks for the idea, Ricardo!

    Congratulations 👏 for your excellent video-cast, Ricardo.
    However, there are some nuances that has to be considered.
    ChatGPT produces reports (or any other text) based on a request it receives through the prompt. Therefore, SISO ou GIGO (garbage in garbage out) principle applies. Presently, it may be a valuable assistant at best or a disaster at worst depending on the dexterity of the human actor who interacts with it. Do you agree? 🤔

      @rvvargas  Год назад

      You are perfect right Farhad. The quality of the prompt is directly related to the quality of the results.

    end users with these tools.... My concern is if they will need us PMs at all? I see what you are saying, but maybe we are being a little too optimistic. Is this a good time for people to get into this field - Administrative work goes away... If you are not at an advanced place in your career, starting off, right now, may not be the best idea (?). I come from a different industry and have b een working in PM for 3 years - about to take my PMP, and AI just exploded.

      Hello!! AI tools can enhance PM roles by handling administrative tasks, allowing PMs to focus on strategic aspects, making it still a valuable career. 😊

    I come form AI and project management backgrounds, and I really value all what you are referring to in each point. The trick now is to get all of these points in a comprehensive platform, and adding other predictive, descriptive and big data analytics. It would be my pleasure if we can arrange a meeting. to be honest you are a Master Project Management Mind

    all control using AI program, PM,PMO, Scheduler, Cost Controller.... all project member will be not required, even operator using AI roberts. So created good projects, completed .
    who using the result of project ? who is the customer? human or AI or roberts

    • @rvvargas
      @rvvargas  Год назад

      Hi Peter. it is disruptive. Several current roles may not exist in the future. But it will not AI working for AI. People need to be aware of what benefits we humans want to achieve with our projects.

      Today there are several developments in this area. From tools that reads pdfs and other documents to internal OpenAI servers like Microsoft Azure Machine OpenAI Servers.

      @@rvvargas Sorry to ask further more clarifications, Especially when we as PM managing Vendor as a strategic partners they owns many data than company. In this case we have limited visibility about the releases and velocities of the deliverables. In this case, all we have is PM tools like jira so AI tools decisions or outcome will not be more realistic decisions. But I completely agree with you we are going to work towards or in parallel with AI . Thanks again for the more and more insights

    actually AI will be a new stakeholder in PM ecosystem, providing team support (even advise) on risk management, baseline deviation, quality control, etc

      @rvvargas  11 месяцев назад

      Good point. We need just to see what will be the frontier of AI on projects. If it will advice or maybe even lead initiatives in the future. We will have to be prepared for the unknown
