You guys are getting some good views they need to buy you some more batteries and a power supply to get them volts up. These amplifier tests are much needed

The current capacity of most of these monsters is outside a real world capability, we present a real world situation (which is still a stretch). Holding 110 amps at 14.4 volts, let’s be honest, you aren’t buying this amp and if you were your running 4-10 of them.

@@Qualitymobilevideo tons of people run a single 2K amp and an extra battery/ 250 amp alternator

I would say at 14.4 volts you would get around 1500 to 1600 rms but far from 2k I'm like everyone else American bass subs are awesome and we'll respected and there older amps are also I'm glad to see the vfl line putting out close to there rated power well as to the American bass amps only do a 1/3 of there power like the phantom series Amps the thing that impressed me most about this amp video is the thd ( total harmonic distortion ) was very clean and the efficiency of the current draw I believe I will get a vfl amp in my Jeep Liberty in the future to go with the vfl 10's I ordered but for now I'll slam with with my trusty Audiopipe Apcle 1500.1d

So their amps are trash. You're paying 300.00 for a 1300 rms amp foh. You can get a taramps 3k with way more power and way less money. American bass only makes good subs their amps are rockvilleish.

Can't say that since 80-85% of Rockville amps do rated power.

For this money you could get a taramps and be making 3000 watts at 12.6 volts

Ya and 3mths later it'll burn up, Brazilian Amps more the most part don't have alot of tolerance and get smoked

@@alrightalrightalright- you clearly have not had a Taramps and it shows. I have Smart 3 and Smart 5, I also have DS800/4. The Smart 3 is 1 of the original amps when they first release. Ran on marine starting batteries and ebay 250 amp alternator.... It's going on 3 years old and works as good as the day I bought it 🤷

@@212Tan how does does it show , are saying Brazilian amps aren't known for burning up. I've had two a Timpano, and a Stetsom and they both wit up in smoke. It didn't happen over night and not that their the only amps I've had that went up in smoke either. I've had 1 or 2 non bridged amp over 20yrs go up, but I've had 3 Brazilian burn and some friends have the same problems. Now they mite be better now, but I'm not goin to send my money and gamble against something that I no works.

@@alrightalrightalright- Timpano amps are the worst ones on the market. Stetsom is in the same league as Taramps except they're not as built which is why the Bravo and Vulcan series are cheaper than the Smart and Bass series that Taramps has. (you get what you pay for comes to mind.) Full bridge amps from companies like Banda, Sound Digital, Powerus, etc have excellent quality for what they are. Taramps and stetsom are around the same way but in a cheaper realm. Research and knowing what you're doing will make all the difference. Even if you received a faulty amp doesn't mean the company is junk all together.
