great video, How do you know which entity is ON from the group? I'd love to see the calendar integration, could be useful to use it also for birthday, events in dashboard and tts.

For what's shown in this episode, I'm not worried about *what* is on, just the count. We'll get to specifics as I drill further into the individual pages in coming episodes.

what doorbell do you use

Presently I use ubiquiti g4 doorbells, but I am going to be replacing them soon. I have two other doorbells here that I will be evaluating to see which one I prefer. I've had a lot of difficulties with the ubiquiti doorbells, and I also don't like the way ubiquiti presents the camera feeds to blue iris - so ultimately I will be replacing all my ubiquiti cameras with something able to be accessed directly by blue iris.
I'll be making a doorbell comparison video at some point early next year.
