I’m only 190. I’m naturally built like a twig. Yes it is a pretty insane jump in weight but if I were to get something lighter like 200lbs I would probably outgrow it in a few months. Then I’ll need to buy another sandbag. This one will keep me busy for awhile. Especially if I want to be able to shoulder it up to 30 or more times in a workout like I did with my previous sandbag. I wanted to get something that’s going to take some work to grow into so I don’t have to keep buying sandbags every 6-8 months.
You lift this from the ground with your upper back , and id you don't lean back to much while carrying there is no issue just benefits for the lower back
