War between india and pakistan in 1971, usa and there friends nations supported pak and they send aircraft carriers for pakistan to attack india.. soviet union was stopped the carriers in arabian sea and said go back.. history ✊️✊️🇮🇳

The Indo Pak War of 1971, or the War for Liberation of Bangladesh as its popularly called, was the occasion where Indian Navy truly came out as a capable force.
The Pakistan Navy had latest US submarines and equipments but those where completely decimated by the Indian Navy. The Port of Chittagong was heavily destroyed by Indian Aircraft Vikrant taskforce. Port of Karachi and the Karachi city was left defenseless and the Indian Navy was in the Arabian Sea creating a blockade between West Pakistan (now just Pakistan) and East Pakistan (now Bangladesh).
The US and UK sent its own Navy to threaten India to back down but Russians sent its own elite submarine force to quell any attempts against India.
British Aircraft Carrier taskforce was just east of Chagos Archipelago when it was intercepted by the Russians and told to go back.
10:22 Pakistan never admits its defeat 😂. They lost the 1948, 1965, 1971 and 1999 war to India, but their school children were taught that they won those wars, only to realize now through real footage and documentaries on RUclips, the truth and the false knowledge given to them 😂

The story is based on a true event when pns ghazi was destroyed by Indian navy submarine when ghazi was on a mission to destroy our aircraft carrier Vikrant that won us the war that we fought for liberation of Bangladesh.
This war is the closest when India and USA have ever come to trading military blows. India called back a fleet of bombers from half way from a mission that was going to bomb the US Navy's 7th fleet. The US had sent this fleet to scare India so that India stops invasion of East Pakistan. The Soviets saved the day by trailing their own fleet and surfacing their submarines around the US fleet, which made the US fleet give up their show of force. This allowed India enough time to bring FREEDOM to East Pakistan, which is now called Bangladesh.

U should watch raazi first, and just after that Ghazi, Raazi passed this information of Navy attack plan on India by Pakistan , on this information India got aware , and destroyed Ghazi submarine given by US, that was advanced then the India have, after that, the 1971 war got started.

The rescued girl was from East pakistan currently Bangladesh, the movie is from 1971 during which a rebellion movement broke out in East pakistan due to dominance and discriminatory policies of west pakistan (pakistan) many people started fleeing from East pakistan to India to avoid prosecution by pakistanis then India attacked Pakistan and with the help of East pakistan rebellions (Bangladeshis) manged to free East pakistan (Bangladesh) from ruling west pakistan (pakistan) 93000 pakistani soldiers surrendered against Indian Army and that is how Bangladesh was formed.

It was not a controversial event, it was a secret mission. If you didn't know what happened in the end, you would have enjoyed the suspense too. So, don't read much about movies before watching them, lol. Just a bit of synopsis. The 'Ghazi Attack' was what had happened after 'Raazi'. They both are connected in real life.
People did give out the story, in comments though, but never mind the movie and the way the war was played, is really good.
Its a action thriller movie, must watch!!
