I am a confident independent grandma who, unfortunately, had to escape and move to another city to protect myself. I am the only one who had detected the narc out there. My son is still under her control. She tried to use me to have my son's house, and of course I said NO! She tought she could manipulate me. I told her NO in two other occasions with delinquent acts. I live my independent grandma life far away now, but it's so sad to know my son is voluntarily drowning himself without me being able to do anything, except getting closer and be destroyed myself... In his own destruction caused by the female narc, my son tried to drag me in it by trying to destroy me financially, emotionnally... so sad I had to cut him off to protect myself, my own son the victim... I had a good and normal relationship with my son during 30 years, and one year after being with the narc female, I could not recognize him... So I confirm narcs hate confident people and those who see clearly their game.
If you’re getting enough sleep and you’re still as tired as you are, you should get a physical exam possibly including an EKG to check your heart function.

It could be playing a factor, I am a summer type of guy and always feel happier in summertime but I do think the gyms closing for 2 weeks had a lot to do with it but it's back opened again and feeling better!
