I was thinking of footage from a recent ADCC Trials. Where this blue belt gets absolutely f**ked onto his head twice in a row.

Some young fool nearly destroyed my shoulder by suplexing me. It was supposed to be muay thai clinch sparring only but he escalated it. It was a painful lesson for me to never trust anyone that is not your good friend to take your back.
4th one is alot harder to pull off especially If the guy is superstrong and if he just rolls with you.

Hooking his leg with your leg most definitely works. And this is coming from someone who doesn't train whatsoever.
I don't wrestle, but I always thought in this situation just hook his legs 1:41. I wonder if pretending you are doing a back flip works, landing on your feet.
ive thought of this, I'm guessing if your core is strong enough basically controlling the suplex by swinging your legs over before he drops will atleast put your feet before your head right?
@@deechonada Right, maybe using your hands too to avoid letting the head hit first. Sounds like only someone advance could try this. I mean it's better to try than letting someone suplex your butt.
@@deechonada Probably thats the answer- a super strong core, but if you pull it off, you'd probably be the first, so hopefully someone's filming it.
