Mine is pretty grimy where the back of the iPad is attached. It could be finger grime from my iPad being hand held, or the pit aka black case doing some transfer. But, when the iPad is on it, it looks fine. Glad I got white, just looks better than the gray.
are you saying you got magic keyboard for 50% off? is that even true? if yes from where did you bought can you please let me know. have never seen any discount on magic keyboard, in fact in india it’s always out of stock.

You mentioned taking it everywhere. May I ask if you have a sleeve to keep it from getting dirty or to prevent it from getting scratched? I am debating whether I should get one. I love white. It looks cleaner. Thank you.

Like the iPhone’s notch, it’s something that’s noticed at first but becomes a non-issue-like not something that needs effort to ignore, it just does not become a center of focus in no time. I do speak for myself on this as I don’t rely on function keys, and I do feel strongly that since the iPad sits so close to me when using the keyboard anyway, using the iPad’s touch functions and some of the keyboard’s shortcuts is not a big deal.

The white gets ugly way too quick I ordered it in black and a decal skin to wrap it
The black one gets grimy and dirty also and starts to look old quick you can also buy a white skin for the white one also.
