Arcanine and Aero doesn't need OT, But Kommo or whichever Poke u use Last does. Good Luck :)

You can use other dragons like Dragonite for the quest, Kommo isn't obtainable currently iirc

No, As Raul uses Fire Pokes, Its pretty hard with clefable as they resist its main atks

3:18 I clearly said we need ot for third task and don't need for first and second bro. Also any one of the Atk or Spatk should be 25+
