Just got back from Ruidoso yesterday. I had the time of my life there. Definitely going back.
I should have never left NM, I miss this place terribly 😩
I didn’t even live there- just visited for a week and I miss it terribly!! I tell my husband all the time that it is LITERALLY ENCHANTING. Just like they say. 🥰🥰🥰
Same.. I lived most of my life of Ruidoso.
I miss New Mexico every day.
I don’t miss NM a bit!!! I live here and LOVE it ❤️❤️❤️!!! 🤣🤣🤣
You are welcome back- if you wear a mask!!!
Been there once and going back in a month...love that place!
Love it! ❤️just moved to Midland, TX with my other half. This will be a great getaway for us.
Wife and I are moving to Midland in a couple weeks, how do you like it?
I’m thinking of flying into Roswell soon and driving to this town and staying one night. Could be a cool, easy trip! I need little trips like this, I fly free so that helps. I’m in east Texas
I’ve enjoyed our visits to Ruidoso because of its quaint and family friendly environment. Thanks for the video!
Great video. Brings back memories of my family going on vacation in the summer. I like all the shops to browse in.
I love my little mountain town ❤️😍
Love NM From the Lincoln forrest to the Gila. Wilderness, from the Organ mountains to the town of Chama and all the beutiful open spaces in between...
Yes it’s a beautiful area!
Beautiful place! Those two kids look just like my brother and I back then!
That’s sweet! Thank you.
Awesome..i like the weather in the summer. Not humid like Texas but there is no place like home. Arlington
FYI: The National Weather Service always uses current conditions for the “forecast”. They are never wrong! 👍👍👍
Great video. In 6 weeks, I am leaving Texas on a 21 days road trip. This video has helped a lot with suggestions.
I plan to spend 4 days in Las Cruces, NM and use it as my base to travel to my many day trips planned.
Ruidoso will be my first day trip and I plan to get there as early as 8pm and leave town as late as 8pm.
Thanks for the tips as I plan to do it all on same day of visit. Since I have another day planned for Lincoln, NM, which is next to Ruidoso.
Hit up ski Apache while you are there, bring your own food, the food there is small, and expensive
@@tohruearth3580 Thanks for that tip. I was planning to drive up Ski Apache. Will remember now to bring my own food. Maybe will buy it from a restaurant in town in Ruidoso.
That sounds smart, keep me posted on the trip lmao
@@tohruearth3580 If you care to follow my trip, this is my road trip blog about the trip I will take next month. All details and all pics as I go through my trip...

bconover55 If you’re taking 380, don’t wait till West Texas for lunch bc there is nothing out there!! 🌮🍔🌭 Have fun!! I’m jealous! 🥰

Is Ruidoso colder than El Paso?
Yes
Great job. This is professional qality.
Ruidoso is pronounced with a hard o like ruidosa it’s a Spanish word for noisy
Chino G , And another hard o at the end, Rue - Eee- Doe- So. In Texas we called it Ree- Uh- Doe-Suh!! 😬😬😬
Rue-Eee- Dough - So correct. Texas is Ree-uh -Dough-duh?
@@royrice8597 Correction: Rue-Eee-Dough- So.👍
i live there
A squirrel got into my house

@@TheUrbanCowgirl ya just walked in hid under a bed and never saw him again
Normal ruidoso stuff 🤣
It's the trees for me 🥵😍

It would be wise to require everyone in the schools and in public everywhere else to wear masks right now before the coronavirus hits. It would be wise for the cities and towns to require people to stay home unless absolutely necessary. It is so foolish to wait until there is an outbreak.
Why do people believe everything that is told to them? Listen, God built our bodies to breathe in oxygen, not our own carbon dioxide which is poisonous to our bodies and will make you very ill. The reason why your town has only 7 supposed cases, is because you are out in the open air country. So stop panicking!
....Actually, you should panic more about the regular flu than the COVID-19. Because that kills 650,000 annually. Odd how no one died about any other flu or illnesses than the Coronavirus? Do I smell a conspiracy? Yes! Even doctors are complaining about that they are being forced to lie on death certificates!
Everyone is focusing on the wrong thing here. Just because the Covid-19 is new, does not mean that man was not planning this for years. Because do not forget, we had the 1918 flu, in which the immunization was forced, too.

* Face Masks Coronavirus and Flu:
Surgical masks are currently in short supply in China and elsewhere. They were worn 100 years ago, during the great pandemic, to try and stop the influenza virus spreading. While surgical masks may offer some protection from infection they do not seal around the face. So they don’t filter out small airborne particles. In 1918, anyone at the emergency hospital in Boston who had contact with patients had to wear an improvised face mask. This comprised five layers of gauze fitted to a wire frame which covered the nose and mouth. The frame was shaped to fit the face of the wearer and prevent the gauze filter touching the mouth and nostrils. The masks were replaced every two hours; properly sterilized and with fresh gauze put on. They were a forerunner of the N95 respirators in use in hospitals today to protect medical staff against airborne infection.

Cant even say it right, sucks
Dpmode TapiaBeltran , Don’t give up!! You will eventually get it!! 👍👍👍 “Rue- Eee-Doe-So”
Its fine dude
Are you single tho?
😂😂 Yes, I’m married.
Always divide the predicted amount of snow by 3 to get the actual amount. Good rule of thumb. 👍 ( skiers beware!) ⛷😳
Sounds good Roy!
