Nice to see a young Oliver Hardy in this Larry Semon comedy from 1921. The shenanigans in a bakery are indeed hilarious.

No words are needed in these silent comedies.
Which do not age and are like comic works of art.

1:26 Surely the stunt man was injured when he hit the floor knee-first from a 20 foot drop! Yikes!
This short can be seen restored, at the correct speed and with better music, on Flicker Alley's "Oliver Or Hardy" blu-Ray set.
    Thank you for posting this!

Oliver Hardy, billed by his nickname, Babe, was just 29 when this was filmed in 1921.

Good comedy. Lots of laughs. But the music almost ruins the whole thing!

Great film... shame the music is so random.

I like Larry Semon. Why did silent movie actors whiten their faces?
