Just saw Blondie live for the first time this weekend, I love how you can see people of all ages at their shows, their music is timeless, they are timeless, even when it's music with a more produced sound because newer technology it still sounds completely like them, I'm so glad I got to experience at least one of their shows 👑
I was in the eighth grade in 1978 and Parallel Lines was the first LP record I ever bought! I have a very eclectic and diverse taste in music but Blondie has always been number one for me. Debbie Harry is The One! I finally got to see Blondie live in 2017 at the New York State Fair! They did a 90 minute show and it was bangin!
WOW!! Such a good song and the video is amazing, Deborah has lost none of her sex appeal and never looked so good. Keep on rocking guys. Been a fan since 1977.
CLASSIC BLONDIE! Thankful that Debbie, Chris & Clem ( and the rest of the band's current lineup) can still produce these hook filled classic songs! Long live Blondie!
Thank you Blondie for exemplifying our current view of aging. Don't ever stop. This is currently at the top of my playlist and I dance to it every day, and I too am up there in age.
Chris and Debbie. Thank you for always being there! Im 53 and you have ALWAYS been there for me! Dont discount how important this can be to some people.
Just a few days for pollinator. This video shows: The powerful guitar of Chris Stein The Awesome drum of Clem Burke and the legendary voice of Debbie Harry
Oh my God! This new track is fabulous and insanely brilliant! Debbie sounds and looks inlluminatingly stunning :) the guys are awesome! What a music! Now, all the young ladies move over, look who's talking and you better listen! *Gimme the new CD now!!!!!*
This song is awesome!! I really love it. I am a long time Blondie since I was a young kid back in 1980. I saw Debbie Harry for the first time live in 1985 and once again in 1990 and Blondie in concert a few times during the first reunion and through the years. As a long time fan though, I gotta say this song is truly bringing tears of joy to my eyes how good it sounds..Incredibly good. One of the best new Blondie songs in years, though I have liked it all, this is really a great song.
I am old school Blondie fan bigtime and that bass hook along with Debs voice just works . Unreal band that still have it , for the 3 original members left
Absolutely in love with this song. Been in love with Debbie and the band for 40 years. I can't stop watching this video, it brings me a certain calmness I can't explain
Wow I fucking love Debbie she is such an inspiration. I'm 22 years old and have listened to Blondie for as long as I can remember. I've listened to this song like 6 times in a row now haha, it's so hard for bands to keep that magic alive and to stay relevant after a while but Blondie does it and does it perfectly, it's incredible. Can't wait to see them on tour this summer, I'm gonna dance until I pass out!!!
Oh my GOD! This is SO GOOD! I'm an old-time fan who was there in the beginning. Delighted you guys are still out there, putting out wonderful songs that sound only like you. ;-)
Wow. She is immortal. she has the look she had back then in the Video Accidents Never Happen, Form the Eat to the Beat Album. Gen-Xer's take note...this is what 72 look like in the 21 Century..... Alive, Active, Creative, and living in the present. Any questions? So Remember this well.
I'm a Gen-Xer...been listening to her and the band since 1978, just out of diapers. And, yes, most of Us knew that THIS was what the future of people like Deborah "Debbie" Harry would look like in their 70s. Actually, in the 21st Century, having a few gray hairs gives you much more legitimacy and relevance in the Pop/Rock/New Wave worlds. Nothing but good news.
Blondie's one of those bands that doesn't HAVE to keep going, but they do because they WANT to - they haven't said all they needed to yet. And they're one of the few out there where it's unanimously supported when they do. I'm so glad for this album - it's one of the many that I binged during 2020. Thanks for the music, Blondie. - International medical tech.
I've listened to this several times this week and I'm just amazed at the mood shifts. It starts out bright and nostalgic but then becomes slightly melancholy and wistful, only to find the happiness again but still tinged with melancholy. Beautiful track.
This is what bands should do. What they are best at. Instead of trying to force themselves to follow what they see as the current trend. Make the music you want to make and do what you do. Fans will respond. Maybe they won't be the 16 year old crowd, but when did that become the standard? I'm buying this album. I have plenty of money waiting for more good albums from any other band that wants to return to form too.

I can give you a heartbeat, I can give you a friend I can make you think everybody wants to be your friend Drinking with your cell phone with a smile on your face Happy in success, but still a thousand miles away Is this what you wanted, is this everything you had in store? YES!
Anybody notice Clem's wearing a David Bowie shirt while drumming?
noticed straight away :)
He'd have to wear a bedspread to cover all the deaths last year. so sad.
Debbie's always said she has been deeply influenced by Bowie....!

Clem Burke....still one of the greatest drummers of all time. Saw Blondie this summer, and he remains an absolute powerhouse.
Definetely. He is so underrated

Yes, the start references "Heart of Glass", but at 42s there's a complete change of direction, and it's achingly beautiful .
