it works well on square shapes, but the chamfer doesn’t work on round shapes because the ribs intersect and, unfortunately, this cannot be overcome using the same method as in your video.
I agree, how he makes everything quick and incomprehensible with the chamfer, if you try it yourself, it won’t work out so cleanly, especially on rounded shapes, so the video is of course cool, but without a technical explanation, it’s impossible, especially since there’s nowhere to watch it without a time lapse
