Thank you so much for this video. Just got my machine in today and felt a bit overwhelmed, your video made it so clear. Thanks.
Glad it helped!
Thank you for this video, for now I feel more confident in doing my first hat on my rotating double knit loom.
I love videos like these. They are so informative about how to use the product. Thank you.
So glad you like it!! It was a ton of work and a long process. Thank you so much for your feedback!
Great video to compliment the excellent instructions that came with this terrific loom. I am enjoying it so much!! Thank you!!! :-)
Thanks!
Got my loom to day fun for me
Ty for this video helps me with my double loom slow enough to see how you do it some go to fast
Thanks so much for this video! I'm doing something wrong, and can't figure out what. I'm new to this, so I'm sure it's "user error." Everything chugs along fine - until I get to the end and have to bind-off the brim. I've done it twice now, because I thought maybe I didn't pay enough attention to detail on the first hat. I end up with a brim/bottom that's about 30% smaller in diameter than the rest of the hat 😟As a result, I now have TWO hats that took me hours, and won't fit over my head. Please help. Thanks again.
Can I make different size hats with this? For example, a toddler hat for my daughter?
Can I not use a little white yarn piece? Like can I make mine plain or will it ruin the process??🤔
When working the stockinette stitch, is it ok to always start at peg 1 when knitting over or will that cause a ladder effect? I've tried to start at other pegs but if I don't start at peg 1, the stitch is so tight it's hard to knit over.
Thank you so very much!!!
Your welcome! More to come soon. Thanks for your patience!
After the yellow thread went in did it stay in? Once you all continued I lost sight of the one yellow thread. Thank you for the video!
The yellow yarn was used just to show the stitch clearly, not part of the hat design.
you should make one of this style for sock knitting also would be nice i think
And thank you I love it!!🤩🤩💖💖
Can you make a video on how to end it kb
when I complete the hat with the stockinette stitch after doing the ribbing section, I find that there is a section of the knit that goes from the starting peg up to the top of the hat the width of one stitch that is looser (or more prominent) than all the other stitches. this is especially notable on the inside of the hat. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help!
Just order mine to de at cant wait from jodie
Why do you have to put on an anchor yarn
So I'm confused. Where did the yellow yarn go.? Around 5:40, when you begin stockinette stitch to make the hat, the yellow yarn disappeared. I'm assuming something was done between editing.
The yellow yarn's sole purpose is to show the stitch pattern, apart from the previous row. We used a contrast color to highlight the stitch.
@@kimnovak5209 so just use the original yarn and keep going?
If you.ve never used that kind of loom before is this pTtern doable?
When you finish your cast on your working yarn falls between pegs 51 and 52 on the outer loom. In the video, when the ribbon stitch is begun it is started on peg one. If I am not changing yarn, how do I begin my ribbon stitch from the working yarn between peg 51 and 52?
Hi Lizzy, Just carry your yarn from where it falls between 51 and 52 to wrap around the first peg. Always start round on the first peg. I hope this makes sense.
Kim thank you!! This def helps!
YES I JUST LOVE THIS.. PLEASE SHOW MORE
More coming soon!
Can this same pattern be done on a regular round loom? Or has to be the rotating loom?
I just opened my loom and it has no hook or instructions so not really happy but I am going to give it a try.
Contact customerservice@kblooms.com, they will help you out.

Does this loom have different sizes, i.e. premie/baby ?
What's the thread called
How can I make a double knit fit a child?
I would like to know this too please
I have that loom when you make a hat do you need to add a piece of string
It depends on the type of cast on you use. If you follow the video, it is best to add the yarn, as it helps at the end to crochet off that beginning edge.
Thank you very much
So I am making a scarf. And I need to know the easiest way to take a scarf off the room. If anyone knows please let me know
I am using bulky #5 yarn when it time to pull the loop over its to loose what him I do wrong
It will be loose for first couple of rows. When you start to pull knit down it will even out.

I am having a hard time. Maybe it's my choice of yarn
It's best to use a #4 or #5 yarn.
does this loom make big hat for man>
With double knit, hats are very stretchy. The hat shown above will fit a man.
Where can u buy s double loom from? I've never seen one...
You can buy direct from KBlooms.com
www.knittingboard.com/rotating-double-knit-loom/
You find at Hobby Lobby and Michaels
Everything went fine until the bind off. Doing the crochet bind off made it so the edge wouldn't stretch over anyone's head which is greatly disappointing since this was supposed to be a gift for my dad for Christmas. Instead I wasted yarn for a color that's no longer being made.
3:31 ribbing stitch
Looks very slow to progress for hat
I made mine in a day. Just depends on how well you can understand how to do it and how much spare time you have. Sit and watch a movie while doing it and you'll get it done in no time

Too much trouble
For lots of people, this is the easiest loom to knit on. The knitting in double knit actually knits up quickly.
