I have done 4 times Chennai to Shirdi and Shirdi to Chennai on this route. Non stop trips with family full packed in my Kia Seltos Petrol. Family never complained in those 20+ hours non stop journey. And above all, I was the sole driver. Car did fantastic job. I would really love to try ScorpioN.

SELTOS(7DCT) does have comfort and reliability for long journeys. 68K km's and going on long journeys and beautiful memories. Safety part I will leave it to my common sense and God.
Scorpio n is good at both on road and offroad but not great at either. safari is great for onroad driving but shit at offroad. although id prefer a XUV700 over a safari because of better handling dynamics

I own a Skoda Kushaq 1.0 AT stile. Have driven from Delhi to Kolkata and back twice in 2023, apart from multiple trips to the himalayas including one trip to Srinagar. In few trips my 80+ aged Dad was there and he felt no body roll at all. In few earlier trips in Ignis, Ciaz, i10, Nexon he would have difficulty in walking intially for 5-10 mins after a long drive. This didnt happen in kushaq at all. How is body roll in Scorpio N? Time to upgrade ciaz has come.
@@FasBeam Thank you. Unfortunately xuv700 doesn't give cruise control in AX5. The price of AX7L is quite close to Tiguan. I don't see any merit in XUV700. At that price point it has to either Hycross or Tiguan. I am more comfortable at 23-25 lac price point. Unfortunately no cars. Don't want to buy a 18-19 lac car. I miss Karoq or T-Roc

I had shortlisted 3 Indian cars for purchase XUV700, Safari, and Scorpio N. I did hundreds of kilometers of testing on all 3 cars. For me, the drive feel of Scorpio N was a very fun and wonderful feeling, the moment I sat inside, I was getting some kind of adrenaline rush on driver deat. and I purchased Scorpio N only that too automatic last month. I am very happy with the purchase. But still, people come and ask why you purchased this, you could have purchased the XUV700 or a new model Safari. I was pissed off conveying How felt the driving difference of all 3 and shortlisted this one. Now luckily Faisal has made videos on Scorpio N which is exactly the feeling I had when I made a decision, now I am starting to suggest those people who ever ask this question to watch Faisal's Scorpio N video's, so that you will get to know why I chose this car. Thank you very much for that Faisal. :) I totally agree XUV 700 and Safari both had more features and rear seat comfort. and offcourse I was also into that initially but then I felt I would be spending most of the time in the driving seat and I should not compromise on drive feel against any features.

The refinement of mahindra engines is just phenomenal. It’s shocking for india, we are very late compared to other countries in terms of automobile history , yet mahindra has proven itself with the best. The engine jeep and tata share the 2.0 ltr is no where compared to the mahindra, I just drove the meridian and scorpio n side by side by assam to Bihar express way, it’s just out of question mahindra offers this engine under 20 lakhs. And also in term of reliability , as long as u keep the oil fresh and checked it assures u 3 lakh km without any tussle. My experience of scorpio 2012 Mahawk is fantastic and covered 3.56 lak kms. What an adventure mahindra has provided

Not many people know about it, the luqmi tases way better than a samosa is because its dough is made up of ghee, curd, eggs, butter and ajwain. Its basically done like kneading the dough of a french croissant but with no yeast in it. Luqmi is limited to original hyderaadi families and its not made anywhere else in india. Good to see that your inlaws have a good influence of hyderabad ki asli Nawaabi.
My Mahindra Scorpio N (5 months old) has just been towed into Centurion Service Centre. It died on the Highway. Roadside Assist App didn't work. 9th time that the car has gone back to the dealership in 3 months currently 268 hours at the dealership.
That's a well to do SUV for any Indian road and driving it also gives that grunt of driving a big car... Mahindra needs to improve the quality, and the reliability of the car....There r many cases of Mahindra cars burning down or breaking down and stuff so it has rly created doubt among people that is it good or not. If the reliability is improved this is an amazing car!
