Cruelty Squad is actually a finance fishing game with fps elements. You didn't like it because you're poor and didn't buy your friends and family the game.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of arena shooters, just regular arena shooters, roguelike arena shooters, as well as co-op multiplayers. I'd like to see more story-driven shooters, with gradual storytelling and progression, rather than when they lock you in an arena with a randomizer. Out of action It's a shame that a game with such dynamics, movements and dodges will be another PvP.
Same for me. Recently played through Rainbow Six 3 that has a story driven campaign. You really don't get FPS games like that now. Lots and lots of 1990s retro throwbacks and multiplayer only games today.
None of these games are arena shooters other than splitgate 2. It’s actually dumb how little amount of arena shooters we have. And the ones we do have the player bases have either all died or they’re just the same game next year (COD if you count that as an arena shooter, since some would count it as an extraction shooter). Most of these games are single player arcade shooters or military sim extraction shooters.
Jokes aside Cruelty Squad is an immersive sim Just like Dues ex, Thief, etc You can approach situations in any way you like and can pull off some pretty creative and stupid shit like assassinating a target via throwing a toilet across the map The game has some interesting lore to it and also meme material so there's that too
I REALLY hope Industria 2 delivers. The first Industria part/whatever you want to call it was really good but had issues. I hope they address those small issues because man Industria could be an awesome franchise if it does it right. And oh boy do I want Brutal Fate to be good, because DAMN. Brutal Doom is an incredible Doom mod after all, so if Brutal Fate can deliver as much as say Selaco has - we're golden.
When describing Ferocious you said it seems a little bit like FarCry and then went on to describe FarCry 2-6, forgetting the original. It's got almost exactly the same pitch as the original and that makes it easily the most exciting title on the list.
Not a fan of all the 1990s styled FPS games flooding the market, but Darkenstein looks fun. Reminds me of a forgotten FPS called Mortyr. Brutal Fate looks good too, but the dev isn't prioritizing releasing that one over his other Doom 2 mod projects. I've waited a long time for a Far Cry with dinosaurs game. Hoping Ferocious finally delivers that game. And since Capcom refuses to bring back Dino Crisis, looking forward to Compound Fracture as well. Been a while since we've received an update on it. Same for Agent 64 too. I'd also add Beneath to this vid. We rarely get single player focused FPS games like that now.
That's because a lot of non AAA FPS games have been 1990s throwback "Boomer shooters." It has gotten to the point where I can't tell most of them apart now. My favorite thing is when an FPS focused RUclipsr complains about the lack of 2000s styled FPS games. Only to then claim how amazing some random boomer shooter is and how it is FPS GOTY. Lol.
4:30 Fun Fact: Total Chaos actually started as a full-coversation mod for Doom (More exactly, the mordern port of the game, GZDoom)

you can thank doom eternal for that shitty areana shoooter style
@@Gruntvc what about Selaco
you can't have everything.

Banger after banger after banger in this video. I almost wishlisted every title you highlighted.
My wishlist can't handle this kind of inflation!!!
This happens every new video ahahaahah
I believe the Rogue Point devs said that their game can also be played in single player format but I could be wrong
Wish it was single player focused. Miss great military FPS games these days.
I just found out that Rogue Point can indeed be played in single player. Team17 confirmed it on Steam
Ferocious is basically far cry

classic fps game never dies
23:09 nice release date, well played Ville 😂

That Drakenstein looks promising tbh. Why i have vibe, is heavily inspired by Wolfenstein?
An FPS game where you can pet dinosaurs! Hell Yeah! 😎
Excuse me, Mullet Mad Jack X Ultrakill?!
Compound Fracture is the game that never be released
Why did you loop the video from #9?
Too much good stuff
18:30
Oh, violence.
There's Treyarch Zombies this year so nothing can replace CoD for me. 🗿
PS. Unless I find Mouse P.I. for hire.
Когда уже перестанут делать эти всратые картонные манекены с 2.5 кадрами анимации вместо врагов?
So many dino games, maybe we will finally have a remake of dino crisis ?!?

Yeah it's unfortunate that single player and couch coop is so hard to find now for shooters especially
I must be getting old. I've seen all of this before and most of it looks like boomer shooter dogshit. lol
