!!!!!!!!! Israeli recognition as state stated in the resolution no 181 and 194 in one condition if it recognise Palestine and allow the refugees back to their home and villages, without this condition, the Israeli recognition is a null and void.
So the ICJ putting a question mark on Israeli existence, and resolution 194 gives Palestinian refugees rights of returns, these two conditions only make israel to exist and Israel by law is not an state.

We know too of the migratory routes taken out of Africa. Therefore, who is this minority to claim right to dictate anything to this majority? dont lie, The general Assembly has never adopted any resolution of that kind. The Arabs refused to form their own state, they have one desire to destroy Israel.
ICJ have no legal authority over Israel. And what about Jewish refugees and their right of return back to their Arab states and take back their all property and land. Arab are never speaking about jewish refugees from arab countries.
